Position Summary: We are seeking a TI Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to users, ensuring operational continuity through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware, software, and network incident response and resolution 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Exposure to diverse technologies and continuous learning We are seeking a TI Support Analyst to provide technical support to internal and external users, ensuring operational continuity through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, networks, and specialized devices. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to hardware, software, and network incidents on-site and remotely * Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer equipment, printers, cameras, routers, GPS devices, switches, and monitoring devices * Perform initial hardware, firmware, and software installation on new equipment * Document technology asset additions, deletions, and relocations * Assist with warranty management and preventive and corrective maintenance * Ensure proper equipment operation and follow up on incidents until resolution * Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues **Required Experience and Skills:** * 1–2 years of experience in technical support or similar roles * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems * Organization and management of technology assets * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams * Preferred: familiarity with monitoring or satellite tracking platforms (e.g., Wialon) **What We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs * $15,000 net monthly * Dynamic work environment * Exposure to diverse technologies and operations * Opportunity for continuous learning Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
