




**Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive technical support and ensure the proper operation of technological infrastructure, guaranteeing service continuity and compliance with quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical Support and Assistance: * On-site and remote support for hardware, peripherals, and operating systems. * Coordination with vendors and third parties to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and timely deliverables. * Development and updating of technical documentation and knowledge base. * Inventory control and maintenance of up-to-date information. * Support, assistance, and maintenance of equipment and systems for meetings and videoconferences. * Incident and Problem Management: * Handling and analysis of incidents and service requests. * Root cause analysis and resolution of LAN/Wi-Fi network issues. * IT Contract Management: **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Availability to work in Santa Fe. * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support within corporate environments. * Planning and delivery of infrastructure-related projects. * Technical Knowledge: * Windows, Office 365, inventory tools, and remote support tools. * LAN network management, Active Directory. * Management and monitoring tools. * Certifications: * ITIL Foundation. * Microsoft certifications (desirable). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Year-end bonus and vacation days exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance. * Hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day work-from-home). * Flexible working hours.
