Position Summary: Systems Analyst to supervise, maintain, and provide support for computer systems, equipment, and servers across various workplaces. Key Highlights: 1. AT AUTOPISTAS MICHOACÁN WE HAVE A VACANCY FOR: **" SYSTEMS ANALYST "** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technician, trainee, or bachelor's degree holder in Systems. \- Minimum 2 years of experience with computing equipment and telephony. \- Experience in server administration. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise the acquisition, use, and maintenance of computer systems across the company’s various workplaces and sites, in accordance with established guidelines and standards, to ensure proper usage. \- Provide technical support for all information systems (networks, computing equipment, and telephony) based on instructions from the Director of Systems, to keep equipment in optimal condition. \- Perform necessary safeguards for the assignment of computing equipment and telephony devices. \- Coordinate appropriate processes with different providers offering telephony and internet services to the company. \- Carry out and control preventive or corrective maintenance of hardware and software at headquarters, on-site, or remotely. \- Review and perform corresponding configurations or updates for the company’s software. \- Schedule and submit requests for technical support from the printer provider servicing the company. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the data server.
