Strong database analysis skills. Collections Contact Center (Inbound / Outbound) Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✅ Monitor real-time collections operations via outbound/inbound dialers (adherence, connectivity, availability, traffic). ✅ Receive, analyze, and route operational requests (activations, deactivations, skill changes, reassignments). ✅ Diagnose and follow up on basic telephony, dialer, or system access incidents.
