We are seeking a Messaging CNOC professional with experience in the telecommunications sector, passionate about operations, monitoring, and management of corporate messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities * Monitoring and management of messaging platforms (SMS, SMPP, A2P). * Real-time tracking of traffic, service availability, and performance. * Timely identification and escalation of incidents. * Operational support to internal departments and clients. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in messaging or telecommunications services operations. * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or related fields. * Knowledge of SMS, SMPP, A2P platforms or other messaging solutions. * Proficiency with monitoring and operational tools used in NOC/CNOC environments. * Availability to work in operational shift schedules. * English proficiency level: B1 C1.
