Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to ensure the execution and continuous improvement of quality processes, support digital communication, and strengthen corporate image. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the execution, control, and continuous improvement of quality processes. 2. Supporting digital communication and strengthening corporate image. 3. Developing and managing corporate social media accounts. **Job Objective** Ensure proper execution, control, and continuous improvement of operational quality processes, as well as support the company’s digital communication, guaranteeing traceability, regulatory compliance, and enhancement of corporate image. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and control quality management system documentation * Monitor quality and operational indicators (KPIs) * Support internal and external audits * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions * Ensure product traceability * Develop and manage corporate social media accounts (content creation, posting, monitoring) * Support automation of reports and processes * Knowledge of AI **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or related field; 2–3 years of experience in quality (ISO 9001 preferred) * Experience in documentation, audits, and KPIs; Intermediate–advanced Excel skills; Basic knowledge of corporate social media * Prior experience in chemical/mineral industry is desirable **Competencies** * Attention to detail Organization * Analytical thinking Execution and follow-up * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Full-time work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm * Base salary * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM) and Life Insurance * Grocery vouchers * Vacation during the last week of December (even if one full year has not yet been completed) **Contact Method: 55 7897 1740** **Yadira Guillén** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
