Professional development opportunities. **PROJECT COORDINATION ASSISTANT** **Position Objective:** To assist in the planning, execution, and administrative control of construction projects to ensure profitability, schedule compliance, and documentation quality for authorities and clients. **Academic Background and Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Cost Engineering (graduated). * Specialization in Construction Project Management (Lean Construction or similar). **Knowledge and Training** **Project Management Methodologies** * Proficiency in PMBOK fundamentals (scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, stakeholders). * Risk management on site. * Project closure and documentation of lessons learned. **Software and Tools** * Microsoft Project Professional (advanced level). * Opus and/or Neodata (budgeting and unit price analysis). * Advanced Excel and Power BI (dashboards and KPIs). **Legal and Administrative Framework** * Up-to-date knowledge of the Public Works and Related Services Law (LOPSRM). * Technical and legal writing (official letters, reports, logs). **Main Responsibilities** * Define and control project scope per contract. * Develop and monitor the construction schedule (critical path). * Control costs and ensure profitability through Unit Price Analysis (APU). * Coordinate communication with clients, supervisors, and authorities. * Manage resources, machinery, and inventory. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Prepare executive reports and technical documentation. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Assertive communication and negotiation skills. * Analytical mindset and results orientation. * Organization and follow-up capability. * Financial perspective of the project. **Required Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years in construction project management. * Demonstrable experience in site control, budgeting, and interaction with authorities. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities. * Participation in high-impact projects. **Location:** Insurgentes San Borja neighborhood Employment type: Full-time Work arrangement: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work arrangement: On-site employment
