Process analysis and documentation using mapping techniques Design, analyze, optimize, and standardize organizational processes using process mapping techniques, statistical analysis, development of key performance indicators (KPIs), and project management, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable improvements and measurable results. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and document current processes using **process mapping techniques** (AS\-IS / TO\-BE). * Identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, costs, and cycle times. * Design and implement **data-driven process improvements**, aligned with best practices. * Develop, implement, and monitor **operational and strategic KPIs**. * Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making (trends, variability, root causes). * Manage continuous improvement projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes. * Coordinate and lead **multidisciplinary teams**, fostering collaboration and commitment. * Facilitate agreements among involved departments and ensure proper execution. * Track action plans diligently until **results are achieved**. * Prepare executive progress and results reports for senior management. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process standardization. **Technical Knowledge** * **Process mapping and modeling techniques** (BPM, SIPOC, flowcharts). * **Applied statistics** for processes and continuous improvement. * Development and monitoring of **KPIs and performance indicators**. * **Project management methodologies**. * Data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, or others). * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma – preferred). **Education and Experience** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree. * Prior experience in process analysis and improvement. * Experience leading projects. * English language proficiency is highly desirable.
