Works with ERP implementation and adoption **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, ERP, or operational improvement. * Willingness to travel. * Experience in ERP implementation or adoption (Enkontrol, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or other ERP systems preferred). * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate Power BI skills. * Knowledge of administrative and financial processes. * Process documentation and internal controls. **Job Responsibilities:** * Elicit, document, and optimize business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE). * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvement. * Ensure processes are accurately reflected in the ERP system. * Configure and validate workflows, catalogs, business rules, and permissions. * Support ERP adoption across user departments. * Coordinate functional testing and incident tracking. * Define operational and financial KPIs jointly with Finance and Management. * Ensure data quality, traceability, and consistency. * Support internal and external audits related to controls. * Coordinate with the ERP vendor and internal departments. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Company-provided computer equipment and work tools. * Opportunity to directly impact business operations.
