By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and professional growth are highly valued. * Location: Insurgentes Sur, CDMX **What Makes You a Great Candidate** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree required). * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll calculation. * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems. **Responsibilities:** * Calculation of earnings and deductions. * Income Tax (ISR) and Employment Subsidy. * IMSS (SUA, IDSE), employee onboarding/offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Infonavit and Fonacot. * Settlements and severance payments. * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Payroll system proficiency (NOI). **Soft Skills:** * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Confidentiality. * Organization. * Numerical analysis. * Ability to work under pressure. * Professional ethics. **Benefits** * Monthly salary: $15,000.00 to $16,000.00 net * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Quarterly performance-based variable bonus * Additional vacation days * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. * Subsidized cafeteria * 100% corporate work environment **Join this outstanding team!** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $13,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
