




Join our team as a Payroll Analyst REQUIREMENTS: \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field \- Minimum 2 years of experience. \- Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Key Responsibilities and Functions 1\.\- Calculate payroll, severance payments, and savings fund accruals in accordance with established guidelines. 2\.\- Verify personnel incidents to ensure their accurate inclusion in the payroll process. 3\.\- Request payments to suppliers and external entities such as FONACOT and IMSS. 4\.\- Update employee files and documentation related to the payroll process. 5\.\- Document and improve procedures related to payroll management and align them with established processes. 6\.\- Communicate relevant information to staff regarding payments, receipts, and related procedures.
