Location: Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Mandatory). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position. * Payroll management for 1,500 to 2,000 employees. * Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Logical Formulas, Macros). * Knowledge of tax regulations and employee benefits. * Knowledge of social security. **Job Responsibilities** * Determine local taxes for all entities with employer registrations, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments within legal deadlines. * Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in IMSS and the payroll system to ensure correct payments based on income and/or salary increases. * Manually calculate and calculate via SUA the occupational risk premium for employer registrations, and update corresponding factors in the company’s payroll systems. * Calculate weekly and biweekly payroll, verifying all incidents arising during the relevant calculation period. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary of $23,000 to $26,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund. * Major medical expense insurance. * Training and professional development opportunities.
