




Support the calculation, data entry, control, and processing of the company’s payroll, ensuring that information is accurate, complete, and timely, in accordance with labor legislation and internal policies. Key Responsibilities * Record payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, medical leaves, overtime). * Review and validate preliminary payroll reports. * Perform basic payroll calculations according to internal guidelines. * Compile information for weekly, biweekly, or fortnightly payroll disbursement. + * Document and archive payment supporting documents, pay stubs, and receipts. * Track personnel changes in the system (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). * Support the calculation of severance and final settlement payments (based on complexity level). * Address employee inquiries regarding pay stubs, earnings, and deductions. * Coordinate with Administration/Finance for payroll disbursement. * Manage employee loans and credits.
