




**Job Requirements Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Administration (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in payroll processing. * Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Fortia, Nomipaq). * Knowledge of **IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISR**, the Federal Labor Law (LFT), and the Social Security Law (LSS). **Technical Knowledge** * Calculation of earnings and deductions. * Proficiency in **SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, CFDI**, and the SAT platform. * Calculation of payroll taxes. * Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). * Handling of key metrics: **payroll costs, absenteeism, turnover, headcount**. * Termination and severance processes. **Competencies** * Results-oriented * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Numerical analysis * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and time management * Effective communication * Internal customer service Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,500.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
