




Position Summary: Ensure accurate calculation and processing of employee payroll in compliance with current regulations and provide timely resolution of incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with HR and Finance departments **Position Objective:** Ensure accurate calculation and processing of payroll for operational and administrative staff, in compliance with applicable legal, tax, and labor regulations, and provide timely resolution of incidents, personnel changes, and related payments. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (student completing studies or graduate) * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in a similar position * **Proficiency in payroll systems and SAT, IDSE, SUA platforms** * **Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and Federal Labor Law (LFT)** * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills** * **Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility** **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and reviewing payroll incidents * Calculating salaries, severance payments, bonuses, and vacation pay * CFDI receipt stamping * Calculating taxes, employer-employee contributions, and other statutory deductions * Preparing and reviewing pre-payroll reports * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting * IMSS registration, termination, and modification procedures * Responding to employee inquiries and audit requests * Coordinating with Human Resources and Finance departments * Tracking payments and bank disbursements **Key Competencies:** * Organization and adherence to deadlines * Confidentiality * Proactivity and numerical analysis * Effective communication * Teamwork and internal customer service **Candidates meeting the above profile are encouraged to apply through this channel** ***At SEPIVER S.A. de C.V., we categorically reject any form of discrimination, abuse, violence, homophobia, or misogyny.
