If you have experience managing full payroll cycles and seek professional stability, this opportunity is for you! ### **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $20,000 net (tax-free). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Growth:** Continuous training on tax and labor topics. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Fixed Days Off:** Saturdays and Sundays. ### **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive payroll processing (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) for various clients. * Accurate calculation of taxes and withholdings: **ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT**. * Management of social security registration activities with IMSS (enrollments, terminations, and modifications). * Preparation of severance agreements, final settlements, and benefit calculations. * **CFDI stamping** and incident tracking (absences, disabilities, overtime). * Payroll-related accounting reconciliations and preparation of monthly reports. * Provision of basic labor and tax advisory services to clients. ### **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree preferred). * **Experience:** 2–4 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * **Software:** Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Payroll**, Nomipaq, or equivalent systems. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and current tax regulations. * **Tools:** Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas). **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Human Resources **Skills:** * payroll * Contapac * Nomipaq * Payrolls * Federal Law *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fe1b85580000510080b659\&source\=indeed*
