High sense of confidentiality, analytical ability, and attention to detail ### **Payroll Analyst** *Job Mission:* You will be responsible for executing, validating, and ensuring the correct operation of the payroll cycle for one of our hospitals. Your contribution will ensure legal compliance, data accuracy, and an exceptional experience for our employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Capture, review, and validate payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, bonuses, variable payments, etc.). * Support in biweekly payroll calculations. * Management and control of **final settlements and liquidations**. * Processing of **hiring, termination, and modifications**. * Administration of **loans and deductions**. * Preparation of payroll reports. * Support during audits and fulfillment of legal requirements (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT). * Collaboration with HR, Finance departments, and direct support to the Payroll Coordinator. **✅ Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * *(Graduated, with professional license)*. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in payroll processes * *(ideally in organizations with \+500 employees)*. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, Income Tax (ISR), and basic tax regulations. * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, filters, basic pivot tables). * Experience with payroll systems: **NOI, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE**. * High sense of **confidentiality**, analytical ability, and attention to detail. **What We Offer** * **Competitive salary**. * **Statutory benefits** \+ savings fund. * Professional development and **career plan** within the hospital group. * Job stability in a solid company with continuous growth. **Are you interested?** * Apply through this channel
