




Job Summary: Responsible for daily payroll management, attendance verification, leave recordkeeping, and supporting employees and managers on time-related matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end payroll and attendance management 2. Direct support to employees and managers 3. Accurate maintenance of records and adjustments **Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities:** \- Daily retrieval and verification of attendance data, hours worked, and salary adjustments from designated systems. \- Responsible for maintaining leave records, including vacation, sick leave, and personal leave. \- Daily payroll maintenance, including accurate and timely data entry, terminations, direct deposit information, and employee configurations. \- Perform calculations of earnings and deductions. \- Assist employees and managers with time and attendance issues. **Experience and Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration \- Experience in payroll processing or HR \- Administrative and accounting experience \- Proficiency in Excel \- Experience working under pressure \- Teamwork skills \- Intermediate-to-advanced / conversational English Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Sick days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
