A prestigious company is seeking a Payment Analyst **Requirements:** * ASPEL (SAE, COI, and BANCOS) * Knowledge of CFDIs: income, expense, and payment * Handling of foreign currency records * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **Responsibilities:** * Upload invoices to client portals * Prepare invoices and payment complements * Cancel invoices * Send account statements to clients * Collections activities, follow-up, and recovery of overdue receivables * Reconciliation of balances * Request payment integrations from clients * Apply payments * Record accounting entries in ASPEL systems; perform month-end closing for invoicing and collections * Execute bank transfers (tax payments, payroll, supplier payments, etc.) * Foreign currency buying and selling * Perform bank reconciliations * Monitor bank account balances **Work Schedule:** * Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** * $23,000 + PL * Savings fund **Work Location:** * Naucalpan, Alce Blanco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $23,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment
