Collaboration with treasury and suppliers PROCABLES DE MEXICO AN ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY COMPANY SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS A **PAYABLES ANALYST** LOCATION: Calle Victoria, Colonia Centro C.P. 06050, CDMX, Cuauhtémoc Borough (past Chinatown) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Invoice Management**: receipt, validation, recording, and accrual of invoices in the accounting system; calculation of tax withholdings. * **Reconciliation**: review of supplier account statements; reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt records. * **PAYMENTS**: coordination with treasury to schedule payments. * **COMPLIANCE**: verification of tax requirements (CFDI and applicable tax regulations) and internal policies. * **SUPPORT**: handling supplier inquiries and resolving conflicts. * **Expense Analysis**: monitoring expense management to ensure budget adherence, identifying inefficiencies for prompt resolution. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of MXN 13,000 * Weekly payroll disbursement * Direct deposit via BBVA or Banorte payroll accounts every Wednesday * Statutory benefits * Seniority bonuses, vacation pay, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), social security coverage * Monday–Friday: 8 AM–6 PM * Saturday: 9 AM–2 PM * Sunday: fixed day off * Corporate benefits **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Word, and email * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience * Employment verification letters (mandatory) Apply now and don’t miss the opportunity to join our team!
