Managing remote access to computers via Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Quick Assist. Technical knowledge of personal computer, laptop, and peripheral hardware. Replacing components of computer equipment, laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Knowledge of printing equipment. Knowledge of wired and wireless networks. Installation and configuration of Windows 10 and Windows 11\. Installation, configuration, and support for Microsoft 365\. Email configuration. Reliability in creating backups. Software and application updates. Knowledge of McAfee/Trellix antivirus.
