Job Summary: You will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll for our 70 employees, updating personnel files with accumulated information, and managing calculations of social security and tax obligations for employees and the company in compliance with labor regulations. Must be familiar with payroll payment regulations, including tax withholdings derived from salaries. Must possess extensive ERP knowledge and advanced spreadsheet proficiency, as well as expertise in tax and labor laws. Responsibilities: \* Execute payroll processing and analysis on the scheduled day and time \* Payroll accounting (journal entries, records, stamp reconciliation, etc.) \* Issue year-end bonus and incentive calculations per company policy \* Timely registration of employee hires/terminations in respective systems and government agencies \* Record and reconcile medical leave certificates between Nomipaq and SUA \* Prepare salary reports for submissions to government entities such as Tax Authority, Social Security Institute (IMSS), and INFONAVIT (bimonthly variables) \* Apply pre-approved employee benefits according to terms negotiated individually with each employee \* Regulatory compliance \* Tax and fiscal legislation support \* Tax planning and strategies for tax optimization \* Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \* Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in payroll processing, preferably within a corporate environment. \* Knowledge of labor and tax laws related to payroll and taxation. \* Proficiency with platforms such as Nomipaq, CONTPAQi, banking systems, and government portals.
