PHYSICAL SECURITY MONITORING ANALYST **Job Description** RFL LOGISTICS is a well-established company in the logistics sector. It offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for personal and professional growth for its employees. **Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Responsibilities:** * Real-time monitoring of units using satellite tracking software. * Communication with operators to identify risk situations. * Generation of incident and update reports. * Activation of security protocols upon critical alerts. * Coordination with internal departments and authorities in case of emergencies. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in monitoring, security, or related fields (not mandatory). **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in satellite tracking software. * Customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and videoconferencing systems. * Knowledge of security and confidentiality standards. **Key Skills:** * Effective communication and teamwork. * Decision-making under pressure. * Organization and time management. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong sense of urgency and confidentiality. **Schedule: Rotating shifts** * Day shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. * Night shift: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Bimonthly bonus based on KPI achievement. * Statutory benefits. * Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI) effective from the third month. * Personal and professional development plan. **Location:** * Business Hub, Blvd. Antonio L.
