By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance *(Dental, medical, life, disability, and more)* * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry. * Degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering—or related field. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency, sufficient to conduct technical conversations. * Experience reading and interpreting metal-mechanical and composite manufacturing and assembly drawings. * Knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, or other mechanical design software (2D, CAD/CAM). * Familiarity with office productivity software, Power BI, ERP (SAP), and programming (desirable). * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process improvement. ### **What Will Be Your Contribution to the Team?** * Validate, confirm, and document engineering requirements for test aircraft, option configurations, and program-required configurations. * Based on engineering documentation, validate, confirm, and document requests for modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams. * Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity per design requirements. * Design methodologies to ensure design requirements are met during product planning. * Analyze and identify needed changes in engineering documentation; coordinate and generate Change Request (RFC) documentation. * Identify non-value-added operations and propose optimization solutions for the production line. * Monitor and timely report progress of assigned projects, identifying risks and solutions to ensure on-time delivery. * Provide support in investigations and problem resolution related to design and manufacturing. **Now that you can envision yourself in this role, apply—and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
