




Job Summary: We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to manage and maintain catalogs, ensure information quality, and support internal customers at Farmacias Similares. Key Highlights: 1. Administration and maintenance of master data catalogs. 2. Verification and validation of requests for catalog modifications. 3. Support to internal customers regarding inquiries about catalog-related procedures and concepts. At Farmacias Similares, we are looking for our new: **MASTER DATA ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 1 year of experience in Master Data. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Creation of executive-level reports. * Analysis and updating of business rules and policies. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Manage catalogs to perform additions, deletions, and modifications according to requirements specified per catalog type, ensuring adherence to data maintenance processes and policies so that information remains up-to-date for various uses. 2\. Verify that requests for modifications to master catalogs include supporting documentation based on business rules to guarantee correct application within systems. 3\. Validate reports by cross-referencing table queries against requested transactions, ensuring accurate and complete system implementation to maintain data quality. 4\. Log daily activities in a journal, detailing modifications and departmental requests, to maintain chronological records facilitating movement identification. 5\. Support internal customers with inquiries regarding catalog-related procedures or concepts via email, aiming to deliver high-quality service and prevent errors in requests. 6\. Identify and implement assigned catalog processes through study and understanding of relevant materials, ensuring proper management of assigned master catalogs and guaranteeing customer service. 7\. Route database application requests to the Information Technology (IT) department following established procedures to complement master data information. 8\. Generate a record of scheduled transactions, detailing necessary data for future applications, ensuring timely and proper implementation. 9\.
