Position Summary: We are seeking a newly graduated Process Analyst to identify, document, and implement operational improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and managing continuous improvement. Job stability and professional development Process Analyst What will be your main responsibilities? * Identify areas for improvement in operational processes through observation studies and data analysis. * Develop and update processes, procedures, policies, routines, organizational charts, and other work documentation in collaboration with area managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. * Coordinate the proper implementation of documented processes in respective departments, ensuring achievement of objectives. * Evaluate and report results obtained after process implementation using key performance indicators (KPIs). * Independently manage assigned tasks and monitor process execution to ensure continuous improvement. What do you need to apply? Experience: Recent graduates with knowledge in: * Process mapping, statistical studies, and observation * Experience in roles requiring autonomous work and project management.
