Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support / Tools Analyst to ensure the proper functioning of platforms, monitor consultants, and generate key reports. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability IT Support / Tools Analyst (Ivanti, Ralph, Intelisis) Location: (add city) Salary: $16,000 gross monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday Position Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an IT Support / Tools Analyst with experience in technological tool management and operational support. This role will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of platforms, monitoring consultants, and generating key operational reports. Main Responsibilities: Validation of proper functionality of CA ITCM tool On-demand package deployment Generation of client-requested reports Consultant monitoring and support Verification of consultant team activities Maintenance and use of cloning tool (Ghost) Cleanup of obsolete images Incident handling via Meet, Zoom, or Webex Diagnosis of computer equipment (software and basic hardware) Supervision of software installations (CAU) Control and tracking of Windows 11 upgrades Preparation of weekly reports (Additions, Terminations, and Changes) Monthly asset report in Ivanti On-demand report generation from Ivanti Creation of RAV documents for incident mitigation Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience in technical support and management tools Proficiency in the following tools: Ivanti Ralph Intelisis 7000 Knowledge of asset and software administration Experience in computer equipment diagnosis Proficiency in videoconferencing tools (Meet, Zoom, Webex) Skills: Organization and follow-up Problem-solving Effective communication Teamwork Proactivity We Offer: $16,000 gross monthly salary Statutory benefits Job stability Application: If you meet the profile and have experience in IT tools and operational support, apply through this channel!
