Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to ensure the proper functioning of technology by performing configuration, maintenance, incident resolution, and security protection. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive support to prevent future issues We are currently looking for our next IT Analyst: * **Software Configuration**: Ensure operating systems and applications are correctly configured to function properly. * **Hardware Maintenance**: Perform periodic hardware maintenance and repairs to avoid service interruptions. * **User Account Management**: Administer and manage user accounts within IT systems. * **Incident Resolution**: Address daily technical issues, such as connectivity failures and application errors. * **Security Protection**: Apply security patches and monitor system status to prevent failures. * **Updates**: Perform software and application updates to keep technology current. * **Proactive Support**: Carry out preventive tasks to avoid future problems, such as installing updates and applying security patches. These activities are essential to ensure technology operates correctly and without interruption, which is critical for business operational continuity.
