Participate in the implementation of new systems and technologies ### **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's technological infrastructure by providing user support, administering systems, and participating in the implementation of technological solutions that optimize business operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks). * Administer and maintain computer equipment, servers, and internal systems. * Monitor technological infrastructure performance and propose improvements. * Manage incidents, tickets, and service requests. * Participate in the implementation of new systems, tools, or technologies. * Administer user access, permissions, and accounts. * Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with information security policies. * Coordinate with technology vendors when necessary. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT-related roles (adjustable based on seniority level). **Languages:** * English (intermediate). **Technical Knowledge:** * Operating systems. * Basic networking (TCP/IP, router configuration, VPN). * User support (hardware and software). * Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Odoo preferred). * Familiarity with ticketing tools. * Microsoft 365\. * Basic information security. * Preferred: knowledge of databases, virtualization, or scripting. ### **Competencies** * Problem-solving orientation. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication with non-technical users. * Organization and time management. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and continuous improvement. ### **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. * Work modality: On-site. * Salary: minimum \- $13,000\.00 \| maximum $20,000\.00\. * Benefits: As established by law plus additional benefits.
