Position Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst to ensure proper and timely support assistance, install equipment, and establish best practices in technical support. We are looking for an **Infrastructure Support Analyst** for our company **Ahorros Bienestar**. **Working with us, your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring that support assistance is proper and timely. * Installing computer equipment and printers. * Monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance plans. * Developing help guides and training non-IT staff on basic application usage, as well as supporting internal staff inquiries. * Installing or supervising hardware installation with required base software and responding to user inquiries. * Establishing best practices across the entire technical support process. * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on technical support productivity. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position (networks, telecommunications, equipment maintenance and repair). * Willingness to travel. * Valid standard driver’s license is mandatory. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * 10% savings fund. * Major medical expense insurance. * Savings fund and savings box. * Hybrid work model (in-office and remote, with one remote day per week).
