A leading agro-industrial company is seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional to join its team as a Human Resources/Recruitment Analyst. Location: Querétaro Requirements: * Basic recruitment knowledge: sourcing channels, job postings (administrative roles). • SMART recruitment methodology. * Competency-based interviews. Proficiency in recruitment platforms and digital media. * Data analysis. * Experience with Canva and other design platforms. * Advanced Intermediate Excel: formulas, pivot tables, macros. * Power BI. * ERP system experience (JDE or Oracle) (preferred). * Design tools. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment and selection process for administrative positions. * Conduct pre-screening and competency-based interviews, evaluating technical skills, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit. * Coordinate interviews with internal leaders. * Monitor recruitment metrics and propose process improvements. * Support the Human Resources leadership team with executive reporting and administrative tasks. We Offer: * Monthly gross salary: MXN 15,000–18,000. * Statutory benefits (100% nominal). * Annual bonus equivalent to two months’ salary, paid in two semi-annual installments. * Savings fund contribution: 2%. * Grocery vouchers: 5%.
