PROFILE AND OFFERING * Statutory benefits * Bachelor's degree or certified Technical Diploma in Information Technologies, Computer Science/Computing, or related field. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide telephone technical support upon user request to ensure company operational continuity and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Install and uninstall software and hardware. * Install and configure computer equipment. * Prevent, detect, and resolve virus outbreaks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various IT devices. * Administer Active Directory (AD). * Manage email accounts. * Generate user support tickets. * Liaise with vendors. * Maintain inventory records. * Track warranty information. * Ensure appropriate use of IT systems. * Receive calls and guarantee the required service level. * Monitor and resolve service tickets: connections, installations, configurations for high-tech projects. * Review technical specifications for equipment procurement bids.
