Position Summary: We are seeking a Requirements Analyst to analyze business areas, gather requirements, and document processes and projects. Key Highlights: 1. Business area analysis and requirements gathering. 2. Creation of Business Process Modeling and sequence diagrams. 3. Active participation in process and project development. DESCRIPTION **Responsibilities:** * Analyze business areas and understand the different objectives and scopes of each department. * Gather development requirements aligned with the needs of various departments. * Create basic Business Process Modeling diagrams. * Create sequence diagrams. * Conduct technical analyses. * Prepare software requirements specifications. * Coordinate meetings via the PM with the client’s business and technical teams. * Maintain up-to-date documentation generated during each analysis. * Actively participate in the client’s process and project development. **What We Offer:** * Superior benefits * Growth plan **Work Modality:** REMOTE**.** REQUIREMENTS **Technical Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and tracking. * Experience in writing user stories. * Experience in creating use cases and UML diagramming. * Experience in IT projects. * Functional documentation.
