(Near Galerias MTY) **HELP DESK ANALYST / TECHNICAL SUPPORT** Please submit your CV through this channel or contact us at: Eight\-eight\-one\-two\-two\-zero\-six\-seven\-seven\-five\-five (Enter the number on your mobile phone without spaces or hyphens) **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: High school diploma in related fields such as Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or Administrative Informatics; or Technical High School diploma in Systems or related areas. * Must be of legal age. * Availability for shift scheduling. * Ability to ROTATE day shifts: 6 AM–4 PM and evening shifts: 12 PM–10 PM, with two days off per week. (Rotation occurs monthly) * One-month paid training from 9 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday. After this month, shifts and days off will be rotated. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to branch personnel. * Efficiently resolve technical incidents and issues. * Collaborate on the implementation and configuration of computer systems. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Salary: $11,250 gross monthly * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS coverage. * Full-time, on-site working hours. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Excellent work environment.
