Preparation and submission of server health reports and connectivity status reports. Preparation of monthly reports: Availability and performance of managed services. Optimization of the monitoring platform. Participation in and support during client audits. Analysis of performance issues affecting physical and virtual servers. Analysis of service-related issues impacting server health and availability. Design and creation of visualizations. Development of intelligent monitoring dashboards. Participation in network segmentation windows and configuration of static routes on Linux servers. **Tracking and supporting activities with the monitoring platform provider — Elastic Stack** Requesting and tracking information from telecommunications providers. Configuration and creation of rules for automated alerts. First-level administration of Linux servers supporting the monitoring platform.
