Our work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where excellence and professional growth of our employees are highly valued. **Requirements:** * Weekends: Occasionally * English: Intermediate – Conversational * Visa: Yes (Desirable) * Education/Experience: Industrial Engineering, other Engineering degrees or related Bachelor’s degrees. * Software: Microsoft Office, Power BI (Desirable), AutoCAD (reading blueprints). **Soft Skills:** * Teamwork * Proactive * Effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Compliance with safety regulations according to STPS, SEDUMA, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, COEPRIS, COFEPRIS requirements. * Conduct planned safety inspections and follow-up on corrective actions. * Monitor compliance with company safety and health rules, procedures, and policies. * Support risk audits, STPS audits, environmental audits, insurance company audits, and Civil Protection audits. * Ensure compliance with the accident and incident investigation procedure, as well as preventive and corrective actions. * Track and implement tools that promote safe work attitudes among employees and foster an ongoing safety culture. * Apply techniques for conducting risk analysis on machinery and equipment. * Track and implement the ergonomics program. * Ensure compliance with industrial hygiene standards. **Benefits and Additional Perks:** * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Professional development and growth opportunities within the company Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
