Implementation of software, data, statistical, and mathematical methodologies. **Location:** Central Office, CDMX **English:** Intermediate **Job Objective:** Identify, develop, and supervise the implementation of efficiency-focused technology solutions for business and operations aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities, leveraging software development, data management, statistical, and mathematical methodologies—aiming to generate safer, more agile, reliable, cost-effective processes and operations that comply with applicable internal or external regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify opportunities by understanding business unit and operational needs, evolution of Value Chain indicators, and the medium- to long-term Supply Chain (OMP) strategy—using data management and AI-powered tools to design solutions addressing those needs. * Define and design requirements for digital system architecture; document technical requirements and functionality of solutions; evaluate technology options for integration into solutions based on cost and functionality. * Supervise benchmarking of emerging technology-driven operating models, technological innovations, and best practices by participating in forums, courses, or other means to enable initiatives reflecting market trends. * Lead and supervise the development of digital solutions as well as the integration of various teams involved in each project (IT ADI, IT Plog, DSP, Customer Service, Logistics, etc.). * Coordinate a Data Science team to amplify efforts and achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined by the organization. **What Will Make You Successful?** * Degree in Computational Engineering, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Actuarial Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain (Logistics, Customer Service, Transportation, Procurement, DSP, Internal Audit, Supply Development). * Experience as a digital solution developer for Supply Chain processes, including programming in Python and/or R (ML models, APIs, and/or data management). * Management of structured and unstructured data in on-premise and cloud-based systems. * Experience developing solutions incorporating statistical and/or mathematical methods to generate reliable insights, and communicating them via tools such as Power BI or similar. * Experience coordinating data science or software development teams, as well as applying statistical methodologies. * Development of statistical solutions for decision-making in Python or R.
