Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to ensure data quality, resolve incidents, and improve operational processes—playing a key role in managing critical data. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and integrity of commercial databases. 2. Manage data incidents from end to end and coordinate solutions. 3. Collaborate on automation and optimization of data processes. At **R\&R IT Consulting Negocios Integrales**, we are looking for a **Data Operations Specialist** to join our team. You will be instrumental in managing critical data that drives business decision-making. ### **What will you do?** * Manage and ensure the integrity of commercial databases * Manage data incidents from end to end (receipt, analysis, tracking, and closure) * Coordinate solutions with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders * Monitor SLA compliance and generate performance reports * Analyze data to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities * Document root causes and propose preventive solutions * Collaborate on automation and optimization of data processes * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives ### **What are we looking for?** * **2–3 years of experience in data analysis or data management** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering / Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics (or related field) * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team * Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders ### **Technical Skills** * Intermediate SQL (queries, data validation) * Experience with ETL processes or data handling * Intermediate Excel (data handling and analysis) * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Experience with incident management tools (preferred) Work Mode: Hybrid Location: CDMX, Polanco
