Our package includes: * **Monthly salary**: $45,000 to $\* MXN, inclusive of statutory benefits, 100% nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work location**: Hybrid, with office presence in Polanco (3 days per week) **What We Are Looking For** * 4–5 years as: Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Consultant, or Power Platform Engineer, * 2–3 years in requirements management, information gathering, and stakeholder and business-user engagement. * Team leadership experience, software development, interaction with interns, trainees, and vendors. * 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (complex flows, integrations, approvals), Power BI (data modeling, DAX, governance), Power Pages, etc. * 2–3 years managing Power Platform governance: DLP policies, environments, containers, monitoring via CoE Starter Kit, license management. * 2–3 integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc., with Microsoft 365 and Azure (Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs). * Legacy ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.). * Experience in .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL development; familiarity with DevOps practices (ALM for Power Platform). * Support for proof-of-concept development, project delivery, and digital product creation. * Valid certifications or courses: Microsoft Certified (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Developer Associate, Functional Consultant) or Azure: Solutions Architect/Developer Associate. * Highly desirable: Experience in Citizen Developer initiatives, Low-Code / No-Code development, and Digital Transformation. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * Power Platform Power Apps * Power BI .NET JavaScript Java * Power BI Azure Functions Git * SQL REST API C Architecture * ALM DevOps Low Code *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a866283300003b00844051\&source\=indeed
