




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting Auditor to ensure regulatory compliance through comprehensive internal audits in critical areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Join our team as: **Senior Accounting Auditor** **Objective:** Guarantee regulatory compliance by conducting comprehensive internal audits in critical areas such as IMSS, Human Resources, Payroll, and Administration & Finance. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct reviews under the Internal Audit Program to assess compliance with established processes and policies. * Follow up on audit reports with unsatisfactory findings to ensure respective departments resolve identified issues. * Provide support to areas affected by illegal activities and collaborate closely with Legal, HR, Administration, and Commercial departments. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Training courses on IMSS regulations, Federal Labor Law, and Social Security. * Financial Information Standards (NIF) and Auditing Standards (NIA). * Advanced-level Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP email). * Advanced Excel knowledge. * Risk-based auditing and internal control frameworks (COSO). **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * High professional ethics and confidentiality. * Analysis and decision-making ability. **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Salary: $24,500 – $28,000 gross monthly. * 7% Savings Fund contribution. * $1,300 monthly food vouchers. * Cafeteria subsidy. * Funeral expense insurance.
