




**Join our team!** **Accounts Payable Analyst** **On-site position, South CDMX. / Part time.** **OBJECTIVE** We are looking for a **Payment Administrator** to manage the processing of payments to creditors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accuracy in financial information. This role is essential to guarantee efficiency in payments, user support, and incident resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** **Payment Management:** * Timely follow-up on accounts payable reports * Generate aging balances and validate information for payment approval. * Ensure consistency between requested amounts and payments made, adhering to established reporting frameworks. **Control and Monitoring:** * Validate accounts payable tracking and report incidents during the process. * Comply with company-established payment policies. * Follow up on user inquiries and support requests. **Problem Solving and Support:** * Approve payment proposals. * Resolve issues related to suppliers and users, ensuring timely follow-up on requests. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. (Completed) **Experience:** * +1 year of experience in payment management and accounts payable control. * Familiarity with financial tools and ERP systems. * SAP desirable. * Advanced Excel skills. **Key Skills:** * Attention to detail and data analysis. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. * Effective communication and problem-solving orientation.
