Professional growth, stability, and development within an architectural firm. \*FOREIGN CONSTRUCTION SITE ARCHITECT\* We are seeking a Construction Site Architect with extensive experience in construction execution, operational leadership, and full availability to travel constantly for ecological and high-quality projects across various regions of Mexico. \*Work Location:\* Remote projects in different states of the Mexican Republic, primarily hotels, villas, and residences located in forest and beach areas. \*Job Objective:\* Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive execution of construction projects, ensuring proper operational flow, adherence to schedules, cost control, construction quality, and technical oversight from foundation to final project handover. \*Essential Requirements:\* \* Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and site coordination. \* Completion of full projects from foundation to finishing works. \* Demonstrable experience in steel structures and construction processes. \* Ability to quantify work, generate progress reports, and control estimates. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel. \* Technical knowledge and judgment for on-site problem resolution. \* Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles on highways. \* Absolute availability to travel and remain on-site. \*Ideal Candidate Profile:\* Organized, decisive individuals with on-site leadership skills, capable of making technical decisions, coordinating teams, and maintaining operational control over high-level architectural projects in diverse contexts across the country. \*We Offer:\* Participation in unique and sustainable architectural projects, professional growth, stability, and development within an architectural firm.
