At CYACSA, we specialize in the supply, manufacturing, and assembly of metal structures for any type of construction project. **Job Objective** Support the company’s accounting transaction recording, control, and analysis, ensuring accurate integration of financial information and compliance with current tax regulations. **1\. Functions and Responsibilities** * Record accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general ledger). * Enter data into the accounting system. * Reconcile bank accounts. * Control and archive accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, journal entries). * Review and validate digital tax receipts (CFDI). * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare basic accounting and financial reports. * Support internal or external audits. * Maintain up-to-date accounting records. **2\. Education** * Bachelor’s degree in: Public Accounting **Experience** * 1–2 years in general accounting (preferred) **Knowledge** * General accounting * Financial Information Standards (NIF) * Tax calculation (VAT, ISR) * CFDI management * Bank reconciliations * Accounting systems (CONTPAQi, SAP, or others) * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel) **3\.
