Position Summary: We are seeking an engineering or architecture professional to prepare budgets, schedule execution, and manage tenders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for construction budgeting and execution scheduling 2. Conduct public and private tenders 3. Proficient in Neodata PU and ERP Civil Engineer, Architect, or Technical Degree holder. Responsible for preparing construction budgets and execution schedules, conducting public and private tenders, and operating Neodata PU and ERP. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems is desirable.
