Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor with experience in project administration, management, and technical supervision for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and multidisciplinary coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive project administration and management on-site. 2. Specialized and field-based technical supervision of special systems. 3. Multidisciplinary coordination and technical precision in projects. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field * Organized and responsible * 3 years of experience as a Supervisor * Proficiency in AutoCAD – basic plan reading skills, and Microsoft Office Suite * Willingness to travel and stay in other states PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Project administration and management on-site * Planning, control, execution, and closure of assigned projects * Technical supervision of special systems and field supervision * Preparation and management of progress reports, status updates, issues & actions, and follow-up. Coordination and supervision of daily site activities. * Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules * Controlling material and finish quality * Guaranteeing safety standards at the site * Reporting progress directly to coordination * Coordinating with internal and external departments such as Procurement, Operations, Projects, and Suppliers to provide technical support during the construction process * Experience in projects requiring technical precision and multidisciplinary coordination * Interpretation of drawings: Architectural, Finishes, Structural, Electrical, PCI and Detection, HVAC WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements Job Type: Permanent Pay: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
