We are seeking a Superintendent for construction projects. Experience: * Minimum of 8 years in management and supervision of large-scale properties. * At least 3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facilities (essential due to regulations and protocols). * Experience with mixed-use facilities (commercial and corporate). Technical Knowledge: * Operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, elevators, emergency power plants, etc.) * Local and national regulations regarding health, civil protection, structural safety, and fire safety. * Vendor management, maintenance contracts, and service agreements. * Supervision of minor construction works or renovations. * Proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS), technical reporting, and KPIs. Skills: * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to respond effectively during emergencies. * Effective communication with stakeholders (medical staff, tenants, administrative personnel, authorities). * Planning, organizing, and controlling operations. * Strong results orientation and focus on end-user safety. Education: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Preferred postgraduate studies or diploma in property management, facility management, or hospital administration.
