Leoni Cable S.A. de C.V. seeks a Process and Project Engineer responsible for developing and optimizing production processes, implementing technological improvements, and coordinating machinery installation and production layouts. **Responsibilities** * Develop, optimize, and document production processes, ensuring continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency. * Plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects, new processes, and machinery and equipment commissioning. * Provide technical support to production for resolving process-related issues and implementing engineering changes (ECRs). * Develop and modify production area layouts, as well as manage technical requirements for facilities and peripheral services. * Participate in technological innovation projects and machinery and equipment evaluation. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality, energy, environmental, and safety systems for the area, including risk identification and follow-up on preventive and corrective actions. * Knowledge of maintenance for electrical installations, HVAC, mechanical systems, and infrastructure. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency mandatory. * Experience in development, analysis, and improvement of production processes. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 8D, statistical analysis). * Experience in machinery installation or improvement and layout design (AutoCAD desirable). * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP desirable). * Analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, service-oriented attitude, and openness to continuous learning. * Project management knowledge.
