Job Summary: Review and ensure compliance of HVAC system designs with pharmaceutical and quality requirements, while supervising project implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in HVAC systems and pharmaceutical regulations. 2. Knowledge of cleanroom design and thermal load calculations. 3. Project progress tracking and reporting to management. **Objective:** Review the HVAC system engineering designs for the project, ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, user, and site-established quality requirements, monitor project implementation activities, and ensure timely and proper execution. **Requirements:** * Engineering degree. * Technical knowledge of air handling units, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. * Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISPE, ISO 14644, and NOM 59 standards. * Knowledge of cleanroom design: ISO classification, contamination control, and differential pressure management. * Thermal load calculation and energy balance analysis. **Responsibilities:** * Review project engineering documents to ensure proper design. * Supervise and track equipment installation and commissioning activities. * Ensure timely delivery of project-related documentation. * Ensure activities are completed by the dates specified or indicated by suppliers. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management. **Work Location:** Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico. **Offered Salary:** $18,000 net monthly. **We Offer:** * Social security * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
