**Regional HVAC Maintenance Coordinator (Retail)** **Location:** Interlomas, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM A retail-sector company is seeking a Regional HVAC Maintenance Coordinator with experience managing preventive and corrective air conditioning system maintenance across multiple locations. **Position Objective** Coordinate the execution of HVAC maintenance at branches through external suppliers and technical staff, ensuring proper equipment operation, budgetary control, and operational tracking of the annual maintenance plan. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordination of preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance * On-site supervision of suppliers and technicians * Scheduling and tracking of work orders * Maintenance budget control * Preparation of executive reports * Comparative cost analysis with suppliers * Supervision of facility installations and equipment operation * Validation of comfort conditions at branches * Control of tool and supply inventory * Management of payments for executed services * Follow-up with authorities and CFE, where applicable * Monitoring of HVAC equipment performance at branches * Coordination of assigned technical staff **Equipment You Will Work With** * Chillers * Packaged units * Mini-splits * Fan & Coil units * Ventilation systems **Requirements** * 3–5 years’ experience coordinating HVAC maintenance * Experience in multi-location operations (retail preferred) * Education: Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD * Experience managing maintenance suppliers * Competencies * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Proactivity * Organization * Problem-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer** * Salary: $21,999 gross monthly (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Work location: Interlomas, State of Mexico Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible schedules Workplace: On-site employment
