Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** MAIN FUNCTIONS: * Develop and prospect clients related to the HVAC industry, specifically for CWP. * Prepare and quote comprehensive system solutions, equipment, and components from the company's product range to our customers. * Attend to and follow up on purchase orders generated by customers. * Achieve 100% of the sales plan. * High discipline in recording opportunities and tracking — via SalesForce. * Conduct disciplined monthly sales prospecting and closing activities. * Provide weekly forecasts of customer invoicing. * Prepare equipment selections, system integrations, and comparisons. * Develop technical and commercial presentations on the CWP portfolio. * Comply 100% with Bosch's standards, procedures, and policies. **Qualifications** A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration principles is required, with specific expertise in "Commercial Projects." Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD are required. Travel requirements below 50%. Residence in CDMX, GDL, or MTY is preferred.
